UX/UIBrightside Health provides virtual mental health care for mild to severe symptoms. The web experience is crucial for the user experience during consideration and conversion stages. As lead designer at Brightside, I proactively worked with Brand, Marketing, Growth, and Product teams to manage the design library, design and package updates, pitch new ideas, create concepts for testing, and further innovate our website.
A short sample of the regular output of work for the Brightside website. While meeting the requirements of the Growth and Marketing team, I prioritized building and maintaining a design system to enable an easy handoff process with our developer team.
Constant collaboration with the Product team, engineers, and developers was crucial to every project, while also managing the content and strategy needs for the set conversion goals.
All designs went through thorough brainstorming, wireframing, and review rounds (both internally with the Creattive team and with our stakeholders). Website work also reflects deep integration with the funnel and Product teams to create a seamless experience for users.
